GWC Meetup/2nd Birthday Party: Sunday, Sep. 28th, 2008

I realize it’s kinda last-minute, but we’ve all been so bogged down here getting ready for the site revamp and such that we really couldn’t plan anything more in-depth. So here 'tis:

We’re getting together Sunday evening at 6p at the Irish Rover to hang out, have a few beers, and celebrate GWC’s 2nd birthday.

Time: Sunday, September 28th, 2008, 6:00 p.m.
Place: Irish Rover

There’s beer and food, and I’m sure that at least me, Audra, and Steve will be there eating and drinking. Others are, of course, completely welcome. Hope to see you there.

Have one for me - my b-day’s on Monday!!

Wish I could come. Have a great time!

Happy future birthday!

The beer I might have might be for you then

Have a great time, and I’ll be raising my glass to you guys from the other side of the Appalachains

kicks dirt, hands in pockets

You know, we should set a specific time, so that we can all raise our glasses at exactly the same time, for a simultaneous world-wide toast.

Every 33 minutes starting at 7:33 Eastern

I really wish I could be there, but alas I am just a bit far away.

So Steve, Chuck, Audra or Sean - have one for me.

Hasn’t the forum been around like a year now too (I am a bit behind in podcasts because I haven’t had the time to watch the movies, and I haven’t seen them so I want to watch them first)

Now there’s a fan!! Cheers!

I believe it was cranked up on or around September 24th of last year. So, yup, one year.

Anyone else going?

If this were Pownce, I would be saying: “Wishing I could come”

I’ll be raising my glass in about 20 minutes

I went! Thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was great to meet everybody!

See? Someone from South Korea made it!!! The rest of you guys are lightweights…

:stuck_out_tongue:

LOL! Guess I should update my profile, huh?

I was gonna say, I feel even worse for not being there… Lali made it there from half way across the world! :stuck_out_tongue:
