GWC 1st Annual Nat'l Meetup: March 20-22, 2009 (Frisco, TX)

Yeah, that’s the same folks selling them on TCF. Did find on TCF’s website that they are getting a new batch of smaller sizes in which is awesome. Now the wife can get a set.

It’s a surprise! Kidding!

I was thinking the pantless revolution might raise some eyebrows on the way to the meeting room.

Raise some eyebrows, sure. But, as long as nobody was going commando, I don’t think it’d rise to the level of an offense.

Some people just thrive on being offended, there will surely be one of those with a 4x4 up their backside there to complain.

or it could be a group of us with tear-aways on… then only startt the revolution behind closed doors:)

Hi i am coming in on the 19 and wanted to know if anyone wanted to bunk with me or if someone had an available spot for a nice bro? PM me if you do. I’m open to male or female roomies.

Just ordered my dog tags and my racerback T-shirt!!! Thanks beef for the link on that! Now I know that we’re planning on pantless, but the hotel staff will expect us to wear pants in the lobby. What should I do for pants with my pilot’s racerback? Cargos? What color?

I do not have any BSG gear. I best start looking.

im thinkn blk jeans or maybe cargos, but i dunno… i usually over pack, so i was thinkn bout orderin multipe racerback shirts and goin the easy route:)

Dawn, if you’re doing all this work for the top half, you should prob go to an Army/Navy store and try to get some grey or black BDU pants!!

Check out an Army surplus store if there is one near you and get something there. I’d look for gray, black or olive drab. Or get some black boxers for the pantless look. I doubt that we would cause too much of a problem for the hotel if we are wearing boxers.

I’m just getting the dog tags…and prolly wear some of my GWC gear.

Well, I hopefully will have the dogtags covered. I ordered them last week, but that may be it for my “outfit”. But I promise to REALLY enjoy what everyone else is wearing.

Sometimes the subtle stuff is best. I can imagine the other hotel guests wondering who all the people with strange-looking dogtags are.

Yes, I was on a west coast Star Trek cruise many years ago, and unlike the Caribbean cruises, it was not fully booked with ST fans. It was pretty fun to see people walking around the night of the costume party.

Wait’ll they get a load of the bloody fiber optic cables hanging out of my arms.

Wait’ll they get a load of it. What about us?? Bloody fiber optic cable can be a little disturbing for anyone.

I’m gonna be sporting a pipe and a bloodied Larry.

After watching last night’s episode, I’ll go for the drab green. It looks like that’s what people wear to hang out in the pilot’s mess area. Now i need to work on my Linda Hamilton arms for the sleeveless part of the ensemble.

ahahahah linda Hamilton arms thats the best…

and what about just cammo boxers?
