Green Lantern Movie

Two problems have me not very interested with this movie. 1.) There were no real scenes in the trailer that made me go “whoa”. Iron Man’s tank buster in the trailer was a cherry on top. Batman whispering “here” and taking out the bad guy was sweet. The best we do with GL is a big green fist hitting two stuntmen with timing issues? Really?

2.) Blake Lively. Bear in mind I thought she was good in The Town. But the two scenes we see her in are so badly acted, I thought the reel switched to a bad porno. It actually made me cringe. It made me wish they had gotten Jessica Biel instead.

I saw my first Green Lantern trailer today when I went to see the Deathly Hallows premiere, I was very underwhelmed.

I chuckled at the end of the trailer when Ryan shows off the Ring’s power to his friend by changing into the suit.

“I know. Right!?!”

Can’t wait for this movie. I’m a big G/L fan. I remember when I first heard of this. Instant Sean scream. Not sure though if Ryan will do a god job. Although it’s better than the Justin Timberlake idea they had. I would have ignored that movie. Anyways everything looks good so far.

I have to agree I saw this trailer and went Meh. The suit looked like crap and I dont like Ryan in this role and I will be pissed if he doesnt do Deadpool because of it. Ryan would have been better suited to be The Flash.
