I would love either of those arcs. Anyone else have seriously fond memories of the (kinda lame) old King Kong ride at Universal Studios? Come on, Florida people. It’s so awesome.

Well, the old Universal wasn’t so awesome by about 1995. Islands of Adventure was great when it was brand new, though I haven’t been since then. Really, all you’re missing in Florida that’s worth seeing is the manatees.
I swam with a manatee once. It was about 4 minutes of heaven.

Which Kong? The original is obviously a classic, but Jackson’s direction & Weta’s effects in the new one are pretty geek-worthy.

Seems like it might fit, was critically acclaimed yet under-seen, and it’s inclusion of some intentional humor might be apprecieted.
It’s been on my list to see for a while but I have not gotten around to it.
Might be a good arc for if/when the Voltron movie gets made.
…Or the rumored Cloverfield II.
