I dismantled the ice rink cuz winter is over. But I built this new big thing in my back yard… on the off chance that I might get one of the Space Shuttles.
Figuring that out is a key plot point of this season.

Seeing the show was so much more satisfying having read the book! I think I must get them in print as well.
The hub’s and my favorite characters are Tyrion Lannister, Arya Stark, and Jon Snow. Also, Dany Targaryen.

Interesting… it seems like most people frakking this Sunday hadn’t read the books? 
I’d read a number of things criticizing the treatment of sex in this episode and while I prefer the Dany-Drogo scene in the book, it wasn’t overwhelming the rest of the story.
But basically, I’m reminded of all of the stuff that’s going to happen. It’ll be interesting to see next week (even if I know what happens)

Have listened to the prologue about 3 times now because all the previous nights I fell asleep. Not because it was boring but because I was tiered as hell. Today I’ve finally finished the prologue. Although they changed quite some stuff in the series, I’m not unhappy about it.
We all seem to have the same tastes about favorites. 
So far I love to hate the Lannister Twins and I loath the little Prince, Sansa and most of all Viserys.
Yeah, some critics really exaggerated it. The one recap I liked the most can be found here.

Not me. There’s not a lot of detail in the books, but this looks much more simian than I imagined.
Yea i pictured it much more wraith like. Also you didn’t quite get the awesomeness of its sword. But perhaps they are saving that for later
I agree with both - I imagined them as more ethereal? if that makes sense. The blue eyes were creepily spot-on, though.
