Random observation: Brad Pitt sucks when he’s supposed to be tender and loving. (See: Meet Joe Black, Benjamin Button) Brad Pitt is incredible when he’s supposed to be psychotic and destructive. (See: 12 Monkies, Fight Club, Snatch)

A change from the book, if memory serves. I believe it was supposed to be “…Joan Baez’s skeleton…” but Fincher thot that Meryl Streep would be more accessible.
