So, what are your favorite GWC meet-up moment?
Here is my top 3 :
1- On my 1st meet-up (2010), english was still rough and I was kinda wondering what the hell got me to flight half around the continent to meet unknown. Then she happened, Bkitty got out of a car, walk into the Bar we were and give me the most reassuring hug you can never get. At that moment I knew why I flew in Texas and what friendship is about.
2- Tattoo outing 2011 because I still wear the mark of it and it was great to understand why we were all there and what it meant for each of us.
3- Live cast 2012. Ok I’m cheating there but I could not be there but Chuck and Juan figured out how to get me on Skype so I could participate, then I hung out with Shooter online for most of the rest of the night making me feel like I was there for a moment.
SO, what are your favorite moments?
PS: Food at Sweet Basil was a contender for best moment… in my mouth (PHRASING!!!)
