I loved the episode. I thought the bit with the Red October was hillarious
I have to admit, the Red October and all the other Reds had me almost in tears, I was laughing so much. There’s nothing like puns and verbal connections to get language nerds rolling.
Not a Family Guy fan, but had to tune in for this one. Loved that Han shot first, loved the John Williams scene, followed by the Danny Elfman scene. But the couch gag had me in stitches! That’s me and my roommate and half the furniture we own.
Yeah, my favorite of the bit was the Red Foxx part. I find Sanford and Son to be hilarious in a 70’s sitcom sort of way. “Ya big dummy!”
Late getting in on this one, but I was able to find a friend with a copy and watched it last night. Frakkin funny !! Watching R2 firing his gat out the Falcon (that’s pronounced fawl-con) gansta’ style, too funny ! And the Obi Wan death scene, as the couch is being trundled across the hanger bay as laser bolts are flying and the music swells, I cried in laughter. And poor John Williams and the London Symphony, fried to a crisp…with Mr W still holding his little baton. Everything a parody should be and more !!
