Episode Countdown

Less than nine hours until episode for you lucky dogs in the Eastern time zone. Poor stooges like me have to wait until much later. Sigh.

Have a great weekend everybody. Swimming with the kids on Saturday then skiing on Sunday for our family.

[Curly]Thanx Moe[/Curly]

baltar

I just stopped into GWC with the intent of posting a thread titled “Is it 10 p.m. yet?” But this will do. Welcome to the Fleet, Moe.

Predications for the episode, anyone? I hope they wrap the insurrection story tonight. Or at the most, next week, though I’d hate to have to live with a cliffhanger for a week.

I think Adama, Tigh, and our bold protagonists spend 3/4 of the episodes having their [SorryBarb]s handed to them. The in rides the cavalry, probably Starbuck. And by episode’s end, Gaeta wishes he’d died in the lost raptor.

And Starbuck and Anders get caught up and temporarily held, but they get free and open up a full keg o’ whoop-ass.

Oh, I hope so…I really miss Starbuck’s action time, and it’d be nice to see Anders back to his guerilla tactic roots.

I’m terribly afraid that something bad is going to happen to a major character…these last episodes are making me simultaneously overjoyed and worried frantic.

i couldnt have stated my dismay any better  thanks

I have to wait until 11! Actually I wait until 11:20 so I can blast through commercials.

Blasted lack of DST…

We have less than 6 total hours (barring 2 hour long finale’s) of the BSG and I really hope alot of it isn’t wasted dealing with Zarek and Gaeta. We’ve got really big questions to get answered and I’m afraid 5 hours isn’t enough to completely address them without some cheesy narrative device that I don’t want to see.

I think someone’s leaving the show tonight. Gaeta, Zarek or Adama. If not tonight, though, they won’t last another episode (my money’s on Zarek first). I think clickclickboom has a very good point and I doubt the writers don’t see that. I just don’t see this uprising storyline lasting more than one, maybe two more episodes without something major changing the game all of a sudden (I think Sean’s notion that Cavil will suddenly show up, with Ellen in tow, is very, very likely).

I only got 45 minutes of sleep last night with an hour and fifteen minute nap about an hour ago. I fear I will not make it to 10 p.m. tonight, so if I maintain radio silence for more than 24 hours, it’s because I didn’t make it to this evening and will be watching on the DVR or online in the morning.

With that in mind, I’m going back to bed.

I’m watching it online, y’all. That means tomorrow or whenever they get around to posting it. :frowning:

You’re not alone.

Good to know. I was sitting here feeling sorry for myself. :o

Someone is dying tonight, I’m just not sure who. I vote Admiral Adama.

Obvious ploy to be able to say I told you so.

Adama will be around for awhile - most likely the final episode. EJO brings in viewers. And we know that Adama still has to see the crack in the wall of his quarters (I still suspect that will have something to do with the incorporation of Cylon tech) and that EJO has told the media 4 or 5 thousand times that the ending is “dark” - indicating that he was around for the filming (and not just as a director).

With that said, Adama probably is “dead meat” as of tonight.

I hear you. My worry is that the “I’m coming for all of you!” line is coming up right soon and frankly, there are only a few things that I can think of that would inspire such vehemence from post-Earth Laura - and the thought fills me with utter excitement/dread.

::not going to fall asleep at 9:30 again, not going to fall asleep at 9:30 again::

You have even more company. I also have to wait for the episode to come out on the internet. Standard cable in my area doesn’t come with the Sci Fi network. :frowning:

Thats probably a good thing for any other day except fridays.

Yup, I can’t stay up that late, especially because I get all twitchy when it gets near.
