Well, I did go to Sunday school, and know a lot of religious people who are willing to debate it and try to provide me with what they think is the best context and logic. And I appreciate them doing that, even if I don’t end up agreeing with their view. Sunday school teachers or preachers who just say “that’s how it is, just suck it up and have faith”, well, those people are just lazy.

I’m very surprised no one got the Galaadriel reference. I guess Lord of The Rings movie came out after 2000.
I used to work with a woman who could actually debate intelligently on the topic at length. Once time, it took her over a hour to back herself into the logical corner of faith once reason failed her. Most impressive. I’ve rarely seen anyone who lasted more than 10 minutes…
They are just oversized buckles, like a Marc Jacobs purse, or something. If anything, the leather pants look slightly Western-inspired to me. (The dangly tassels.)
