Something tells me the finale isn’t going to incorporate all the themes and ideas the writers have inserted into this season, though I’m open to being pleasantly surprised.
Top on my list is: what about those dis-inhibited rebel cent(a)urions? Last we saw them, Baltar was preaching to one.
Then of course, there’s Tory getting her comeuppance. I have a sneaking suspicion it won’t happen.
I won’t even mention the glowing backs…

-What’s the status of the mutineers?
-What happened to all the humans captured by the Cylons back on Caprica?
i have a feeling based on the preview that
[spoiler]we will see this addressed in the show. because we see racetrack and skulls in the preview. rdm said on his podcast that mutineers were sent to the prison ship, but i think there will be like one line in the finale that says what happened.[/spoiler]
I’m right there with you. I really want Tory to get hers. She has sort of been a lady-in-waiting since Ellen arrived, memories in tact, taking charge. I really want her airlocked. Who gives a frak if she is one of the FF?
As long as they do not kill Hera and I find out what Starbuck is, I am open to all possibilities.
Another dropped plot line:
What happened to The Lords of Kobol? Why exactly did the 12 Tribes leave and do so 2,000 years after the 13th? What’s the deal with the jealous god?
Did we really have to meet Baltar’s grumpy, demented old man?
Or Laura’s cheerfully doomed sisters?
We will be able to answer the last two questions after next week. If they do not lead to something I say definitely no.
The answers may be as simple as:
Taking care of the old man was how 6 singled herself out from Baltat’s other women “friends”.
Laura needed several dead family members so she and we can see them again when she “crosses” the river.
