Well J just stumbled upon IMDB where the deadpool movie has been announced with of course Ryan Renolds as our fav merc with a mouth. Now we all know IMDB is not the beginning and ending of truth’y’ness but as one of my all time favorite Comic characters. I’ll be waiting impatiently until 2011

Liefield is a joke, he can’t draw to save his life(Seriously check out the feet in anything he’s ever drawn) and he’s not a great writer either.
This has been talked abotu for a while now…but had been put on hold on Green Lantern took up Ryan Reynolds’ time.
Hopefully, they will get it back on track nicely.
Lose Ryan Reynolds, fix his origin story, fix his personality, make him start wearing the mask…and I might actually see this incarnation.
well from what I’ve heard Reynolds stays. which is a good thing; from my perspective… as for the demon spawn that was dead pool in the wolverine movie; that close to the first scene deadpool in standard form would break the third wall and rip origins version of deadpool to pieces…
I’m not so sure a comic true Deadpool would work and though I didn’t think Wolverine Deadpool was that great, I think in the context of the Wolverine film it worked fine.
I had heard though that the Deadpool movie would not be held to any standard set by a previous film, according to Ryan himself, last I heard.
