Kirk ( David Marcus- ok not completely his fault. But i got the impression that he knew that david was his… he certainly knew of him, he just convieniantly didn’t ask. I do think if oyu rewatch the movie it looks like it’s an " well we’re finaly going to admit it" conversation. That’s pretty deadbeat ( and this is me talking about Kirk))
Spock ( non canon ---- Zar)
McCoy ( i don’t remeber if his daughter is cannon or not)
Sulu ( he had to be gone for like 20 years of her life )
Worf ( for the most part)
Sisko ( Tasha Yar from yesterday’s enterprise.) Both could have sucked it up and been there for their kids. I fill like saying this to Sisko. I mean you have a kid to raise… let the Pah wraiths destroy the worm hole. The Dominion war is over- be there for your son. He’s already lost his mom. Makes me want to cry like a baby everytime I think of it)
Troi ( but to be fair, I thinnk I remeber her kid being a runnaway after like 3 days)
Beverly - leaves her child on a spaceship that’s crew is in danger of death every week in order to further her career ( season 2). She could have taken him to earth, and don’t say “it was his decision” because he was a child ( and a scrawny one at that). She left her child in harms way. ( BTW it’s why I am against the idea of family’s on the Galexy class. How many times did they actually seperate the saucer section? They didn’t get rid of the familys when they went to fight the Borg!!! they attacked with the part of the ship that housed the families!!! horrible concept! Bad parenting for everyone on the crew past Farpoint. Good idea when the federation hadn’t been doing anything for 20 years… after the first few episodes… get the family’s off there!)

Dr. Soong - I know that doens’t count cause Data, B4 and Lore are machines no matter what the little starfleet court says. But if you take the “cylons, Data, and Lore are beings” path… then Soong is the ultimate deadbeat three times over.
