Yes, she is Peter Davison’s daughter. And I think you mean “Space West Virginia.” (I think I’m safe in saying this, being descended from there–please don’t throw fruit and rusty tin cans if you are from W. Va.) lol 
And, yes, I think you might be correct…although, I’m not sure what the British equivalent of West Virginia might be.
As soon as this was announced I know of several geek-girls who made New Year’s Resolutions to become friends with the family in order to get invites to the wedding.
