This is a post “Someone to Watch Over Me” thought, just riffing off a tune, but what if Anders is Starbuck’s dad? He precedes her in time. The Cylons have a kind of incestuous way about them with Ellen and Cavil, Tigh and Six, Chief and Sharon. With the emphasis on projection in this ep clearly Starbuck’s a cylon like Ellen. She projected a look for her dad she wanted just like Chief did with Sharon and the house, we never saw his face and Starbuck has slept with Anders. She’s playing his song, too.
hahaha that would put the show in a new level of creepiness but seeing how it goes it wouldn’t really surprise me.

After Ellen frakking Cavil her son/father, Tigh frakking Caprica his “daugher”, Chief frakking Boomer and Boomer frakking Helo AND Cavil…I really wouldn’t be surprised if Anders was frakking Kara, who is his daughter/niece?
