Sure Chuck, you start out with a blank 1/6th scale body (lots of different ones out there), I’ll admit that they resemble a ken doll a little except they are made for customization and they have many many points of articulation. Very detailed in that regard. There is a huge hobby base centered around 1/6th scale modeling so you can find an abundance of clothes and weapons and such. I rounded up the correct military gear and made the necessary customizations I needed to be acurate with the character of Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3 (from my favorite video game franchise). Then I had a guy do a custom resin mold of the head and some of the clothing and gear that I couldnt find anywhere. I also had to get the right weapons and make them look right. The rest was just painting and assembly. The heads came in plain white, so I had to paint each one by hand (that is the most time consuming part of he whle thing). Were talking tiny tiny paint brushes here. A little glue, a little assembly and alot of patience later I had some pretty good results I think. Even managed to sell a few of these and make back most of the money I invested into it.
