Raised in a curling family, suck at it, decided cross county skiing was more my speed, but curling is a blast to watch if its a good game. its Harder and more physical than it looks.

This post is a mix of fitness and curling. I am currently living in a small apartment and I am too cheap to get myself a t.v. - - But, the Women’s Worlds Semi-finals are on with Canada playing China. My wife and I actually met the Chinese team last year in Vancouver so I really wanted to see this game.
At the gym where I am a member they have stationary bikes with T.V.'s on them. So I have just spent 2 hours on a stationary bike watching curling. So you decide - fitness freak or curling geak?:groucho:

2011 World Men’s Curling started yesterday. Canada is leading 3-0 at this time.
