I think that theey have a basic code for ellen and the others… and they use the same goo to “form” whichever model that is reserected.
I don’t think that therere were 1000 spare Ellens. I think that the ellen program entered the hub… processed and was injected into a goo bath that formed an ellen body.
The threes that were already walking around were boxed. We shouldn’t confuse this with there being 1000 souless lifeless 3 bodys in a warehoue.
But how do you explain the many lifeless 8 copies on the hub?
Or all the 6 copies on the resurrection ship that we saw vent into space like rag dolls?
Also (in regards to making new goo bodies for every resurrection), resurrection seems to happen pretty fast. Wouldnt maturing a new body take awhile? Athena resurrected like in an instant when Helo shot her.

I will remind you as well, when they went on their strafing runs through the middle of the Hub as well as Kara’s stealth mission to get pics…we clearly saw lifeless 6 bodies.

Maybe Cavil kept one extra copy of each of the Final Five so that when they woke up with their memories restored, he could gloat. Pretty much what he did with Ellen, and she even pointed it out. Something about him hoping they’d apologize to him and say they’d learned their lesson.
