I couldn’t believe “V” got renewed. I stopped watching after the first four episodes last fall. Has the new batch been better, somehow?

can’t say for others, but for me it’s gotten a lot better. They brought in the guy that used to produce Chuck to run the show. Since then the show got a lot more intense. There are a lot more at stake and the threat is now real and not some unknown purpose.
I agree. The visual look of the show has always been sharp, and now the writing and pacing of the episodes is catching up. I’m looking forward to the new season.
I love Chuck, and I really like V. I think it keeps getting better. Did I read correctly that they’re both only renewed for 13 episodes each? I have mixed feelings about that. If they show all 13 episodes at once, I’m fine, but I don’t want to have them broken up. For the life of me, I can’t remember how Hobbs can in the picture on V since it was before the break.
From what I’ve read, Chuck is 13 episodes with an option for a back 9, which is what they had every year so far.
Season 1 didn’t get the back 9 because of the writers’ strike, and Season 3 only got a back 6 because it started in January.
Really? Damn. I’m going to have to start watching again then. One more show to add to my cue…
I totally agree - this showing two or three episodes then going on a 5 or 6 week break sort of thing is crraaaaaaaaap! It is absolutely the easiest way to really kill any show.
They can let Heroes die but hopefully not FlashForward…I love that show and I suspect that the finale will be good.
Sadly I won’t cry if V gets canned. I’m watching out of habit now.
Yah, Heroes was a waste of time for the past few seasons…leaving it the way they did on the season finale was a great ending for the series.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but FF got axed already.
Sigh. I hadn’t heard that. That’s a shame because I think it has pulled it’s socks up in the last 4-5 episodes and had the potential to become a great show. I prefer it to V and Crapica. Ah well, Warehouse 13 is back soon.
