But my understanding is that the only way to overturn this is with an amendment to the state constitution, which requires, in Iowa at least, two congressional majorities, one before and one after an election, followed by a separate referendum vote. That’ll take a long time and a lot of organization.

is it just me, or did it sound kindof fake when Steven told Chuck he “never imagined the Intersect would find you”? I mean, it’d kindof make sense if Chuck’s dad sent the intersect to him. also makes me wonder if Orion arranged Bryce’s recruitment into fulcrum, to keep an eye on Chuck. Regardless, seems rather unlikely he had nothing to do with it, that his son just happened to end up with the Intersect.
or maybe I’m overthinking it
