Cavil=DICK

I thought Baltar was a bad guy but WOW…

I didn’t think we would get a villian this evil in the show this late but I am very happy we have…

So how do you think this is going to play out? Do you think he will board the Old Girl and try to take Ellen back…
Or do you think as I do that he will say frak it and just jump in nukes flying?

Either way I belive he is this version of BSG’s Ilbus.

He’s a dick…

Warning for Explicit language!!!
I really don’t want to think about Cavil’s dick :eek:
I will say he’s really good at being bad. Dean Stockwell just knocked it out of the park this ep. I just love to hate this character.

Bwhahaha!!:smiley:

Yes I think he will try to board Galactica
There was a video out of an episode being filmed from 4.5 that shows people shouting about Cylons boarding and has a Simon in CIC dressed up like hes been shot.
I kind of like the old skeevy funny pervy dick Cavil, instead of this new even skeevier root of all evil villain dick Cavil. I guess I like villains that one can kind of root for, instead of just this evil dude who’s the cause of everything bad that’s ever happened. And as of now, it’s pretty difficult to construct an argument to root for him, which makes for a less interesting character.

Though, I suppose I can put in faith that RDM and co. would make it right and good in the rest of the episodes.

I like Cavil like this because while he obviously wasn’t Mr. Awesome before, the depth of his need for vengeance and the infliction of pain gives me a better understanding of the whole show. This guy isn’t just a jerk; he is utterly consumed with rage and frustration.

I don’t know, I like that he has a motivation now–it’s not a great one, but I get it. He doesn’t want to be human, and there’s no real logical reason why he should be; the Final Five could have created him as anything, yet they chose a limited human body for him. Ellen argued for humanity’s positives, but even Boomer wanted to trade them in and be spared the pain of when all those wonderful human traits don’t work out. Cavil is the anti-Pinocchio.

Cavil just became Agent Smith.

I don’t think so but I see what you mean…

the fact that cavil has known who the final five are the entire time pretty dam funny when you think about it. not only the scenes with the chief in season 2 - but also it is the chief that outs him as a cylon when he pins him down on that raptor. i wonder what cavil is thinking right there. and when he shows up on caprica when anders is rescued… then of course there’s his whole thing with messing with saul and ellen. and that’s not funny. that is sadistic. but still. what a bastard.
