For your consideration: Both are fierce competitors. One is into Mother figures, the other has a little boy fixation. Both are one-armed and dangerous. Buster has demonstrated considerable skill in wielding his hook, Captain Hook is armed additionally, both have access to firearms.

If Hook works fast and doesn’t grandstand (yeah, right) he can take Buster down easily. However, let Buster’s hidden beserker rage and blind luck kick in and Hook is toast.
Ash from the original ‘Evil Dead’ movies would take them both out… 
Buster may be able to wreak havoc through bumbling, or blind rage, but Hook is a killer by trade.
