I think the mayor’s okay as a villain, but he doesn’t compare to Angelus, and I may even like Glory better
Spike and Drew were wacky, Angelus was cruel, Glory was a snotty B_CH, and the mayor was a pleasent chap that would appologise when he chopped you to pieces.
