I was hoping to see more of Ripper there, going ape on Principal Soon-To-Be-Dead-From-Herpes, but, alas, I was denied the pleasure. It would’ve given me a tingly feeling.

I don’t get it. Buffy took one for the team and stabbed her own boyfriend, to save the world. She did so because Xander conveniently left out that Willow is about to restore Angelus. But even when she realized that Angelus is gone and Angel is back, she still put aside her personal feeling and killed him. That’s a pretty steep personal price she paid for everyone else’s well being.
And Joyce, you picked a time when Buffy was most emotionally vulnerable and you told her to get the f out of the house. And Buffy complied. And now Joyce acts like she’s the victim here.
Xander, it goes without saying, needs to be beaten mercilessly to within an inch of his life.
I just don’t see why everyone’s getting on Buffy’s case. She has NOTHING to feel guilty for. I say she leaves again, and let everyone else just rot in hell.

It’s a musical horror movie. And yes, it’s just as bizarre as it sounds.
Basic premise: Organ replacements become commonplace. One company becomes the major supplier. If you can’t keep up with your payments, the organs get repossessed. Violently. :eek:

One thing we learn throughout the series is that Buffy has very poor coping skills. Even as well as she deals with the surreality of her regular life, when things get too complicated, she tends to bail. “Avoid and escape” becomes a running theme after a while…
Well, I won’t fault her for that. I for one am a big for of the “Avoid-and-ignore” method of problem-solving. It’s really more effective than people give it credit for.
The thing to remember is that right now, only Buffy knows that the spell on Angel worked and that she still had to send him to hell by lying to him before stabbing him.
As for Joyce, the cops had just come by looking for her daughter, she had just learned that her daughter has some deep dark secrets and is running off. Two people in shock tend not to listen to each other.
As for Xander, he’s the heart of the scoobies, and will charge before thinking and then suffers the concequences of his actions.
And Buffy is avoidance girl. When the going gets tough and you can’t punch the problem, then run.
They have all of these problems, its how they all come together despite these problems, grow and deal with the Big Bad that make the story. (Wait till season 4.)
