11:15 go time? or sooner?
:15 sounds good. I could do earlier, but usually, it’ll take us 10 minutes just to decide how much earlier, so we should just stick with it.
:15 after is traditional. One day we’ll start on time, and screw everyone up… 
and spend 15 min getting everyone synced
Yes, it’s a time-honored tradition of tardiness. Soon, instead of saying 10PM EST, we’ll just set the time at 10:15PM EST officially.
(Of course, if we do that, we’ll probably start at 10:30PM EST…)
That’s why it’s best if we pretend the start time is “Really” 11:00. 
I’m gonna say up front that this is not one of my favorite episodes.
I have a pair of friends who i have to tell them things start at least an hour before they do. And they are still sometimes up to an hour and a half late
I’m either 15 min early or 5 min late to everything. There is no in-between.

Which is exactly what happened when we were starting them at 10:15. That’s why we switched them back to 10, even though it overlaps Lost and was too early for Lady D, working from the assumption of actually starting at :15.
