thank you!
We really don’t find out about this phantom blonde with a bun in the over. I just remember not really liking Lee after this.
Laura standing by the board after showing the guy with a bullet in his brain is chilling.
“I can’t think of anything I want more.”
He’s just saying that to rattle Laura. I hope she knows that.
which is one of the reasons this ep left such a bad taste in so many mouths. bun in the oven chick was a plot device, and didn’t fit with what we knew about Lee, and they never did anything afterward to explain it
Did they put ‘Necessary Evil’ on Zarek’s tombstone?
Yeah. They coulda laid on the brush with death and apathy rather than go that route. Lee is dealing with regrets.
I guess looking back they coulda had flashbacks of that night with the pigeon.
Feeling depressed and worthless and seeing the dark side of humanity will snap you out of it. Well, if you had a conscience to begin with.
“The fleet needs us.”
Right there you know Lee has him. Duke is scared. Take 'im out Lee. If he wasn’t scared, he woulda killed you long before.
Why do the goons look so stunned? It’s not like they haven’t seen some crazy craaap like this before.
“You want me to be her.”
Poor Lee. Always with the wrong girl.
Yeah. They just dropped this plot. I wonder if you could ret-con this. Lee made that story up, he was really using the pro for a Kara replacement.
Of all the characters in this, I despise Zarek most of all.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. I love the father-son relationship between Lee and Bill. So many of their conversations remind me of my dad and me.
Sorry, I dropped out for a bit. Now I remember why I’ve only seen this episode once.
Yeah, but it was so out of character for Lee. Even hardened thugs had to see that.
Right up to the very end.
I guess he finally found some lovely Neanderthal girl to settle down with.
Certainly would have made more sense.
Aw, Billy. :o
and ironically, one of my very favorite bits of BSG music is this ep’s title piece.
awesomeness!!!
