I love that he uses “her” story on Gina
So sayeth the book of Lucas. (Too soon?)
Fair enough…I’m willing to let this one slide since it adds to the effect they’re selling here…and like I said, I feel the rumbling more then I hear it…but that could just be the TV doing its magic…
and this is the second time Lee has almost died from lack of oxygen!
and now the REAL battle is on…
“hey doorman it’s me. don’t worry I’m not shooting the admiral or anything!”
Great tension.
I like this cue too under the discussion with Gina and Baltar.
and Baltar, as he is wont to do, does something that changes everything without perhaps meaning to.
Well Scott, I don’t think she hesitated at all, she was ready to do it
Yeah…me too…nice foreshadowing too!!!
If she wants to die so badly she should do it herself
I had forgotten about the specifics of this Gina/Cain scene after all the Razor hullabaloo. It’s great, really well done. The tears in the eyes, the little slip in the mask when she realizes that Gina says she wasn’t her type.
Love this song too
Seems it…but putting your hand on the gun is NOT taking it out and pulling the trigger…
Oh Gaius, the one time he has a moment of compassion…it does save the Fleet and Humanity from its biggest menace though…
Suicide is a sin…
How the fuck did she not get an award for playing the 6’s?
…or more jobs after…I can say that for most of this cast though…so amazing…
She was told to wait for the signal, you don’t draw until you’re ready to shoot.
Never stopped anyone before
Just saying, there was still a chance she could have flinched…or lost her nerve…she hints it in the eulogy too…
True, but the Cylons…esp the 6’s…VERY religious…the sin thing was a BIG holdup…
Did they ever mention if the Cylons have a “Hell”? What is their version of God’s eternal punishment?
