That doesn’t surprise me.
It’s tempting to say the Borg thanks to thier adaptive technology. But you gotta consider just how tough the Daleks are. When they came up against te cybergoons they wiped the floor with them, and even a time war with the time lords couldn’t knock em out. Not to mention the Borg can’t teach them anything about adapting the human body to mechanical enhancement.
Borg FTW, if only because they have Alice Krige.
You know what I like about both the Borg and the Daleks?
They both get right up in your face and tell you who they are what they’re gonna do.
I like that.
BORG: “We are the Borg. Resistance is futile. We will assimilate…”
DALEKS: "We are Daleks. Exterminate. Exterminate!! Exterminate!!"
In contrast, the Cyberman are so stuck up they don’t even bother telling you who they are or what they’re up to. Frakkers.
This is a tough one - but I gotta go with The Daleks. Those f*&%@ers just don’t die…
yea i agree with Miss Muffett. It would be a close battle but the Daleks would come out victorious. They are far more persistent than the Borg.
I don’t think the Daleks can be called the winners just because they’re impossible to kill off. After all, the Borg don’t dominate through extermination, but through assimilation and so the long-living Daleks can continue on…as members of the collective.
However, the Daleks won’t be easy to assimilate. Unstoppable manic war machines. So long as there are no stairs on the Borg Cube, they may well march (uh…roll…) right into the heart of the cube and crunch crunch goes the Queen.
BTW, the mental image of a Dalek in a Borg suit is pretty scary. I wish I had the artistic skills to capture it.
