Blade Runner 9/24 @ 10 PM ET

releasing the dove is just sooo awesome…

This speech is so chilling.

“All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.”

I’ve always believed that it was the thot of such loss that formed the basis of most religions. We can’t imagine the world going on without us and all that we’ve experienced.

In the original theatrical version she lives a full human lifespan, and they are driving off in his car along a seaside highway at the end.

Working toward that now.

Ah, thanks.

Its Charlie the Unicorn!

I never got the whole unicorn bit until years later.

Deckard: human or replicant?

Huh. No clue whether she lives in Final Cut. And, I don’t see any ambiguity whether Deckard is a replicant.

Mine just ended with the unicorn figurine and Olmos voice-over.

That was the point.

“Too bad she won’t live. Then again, who does?”

We all die eventually. Everyone has an expiration date. It’s just that replicants have theirs marked on the packaging.

Oh, I didn’t realize that was the clue.

Same as my Final Cut.

Did yours have Deckard’s unicorn dream?

So, Lady Hawke or Taken? d:

Yes.

Lucas breath

This is the first time I noticed how Roy is slowly detiriorating in front of our eyes, his coloring changes. His finger nails darken, and the flushing around his eyes. He even begins to shake a bit near the end. Nice work…

I like not knowing. I could view it as he is or he isn’t, adds more to the film methinks.

Um, my vote is for Lady Hawke.

Yeah, it was freaky… Those weird voices in the background… “Charlie, Charlie,… Come with us to Candy Mountian…”

Somehow that was noticeable when I first saw the movie long ago.

Lol!!!
