“How can it not know what it is?”
Another movie where we can play the game, which version are you watching?
I think I have the Director’s Cut but that begs the question, “Which one?”
I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m inclined to view the Final Cut. It’s the most recent, and the director had the most creative control over it.
I watch this film yearly, better every year.
that makes it cut what, like 26?
Has there been a consensus on this? Does it matter? I think I’d go with Final Cut simply because I’ve seen the cinematic cut already.
Not as far as I can tell.
Does it matter?
Only insofar as we’d quickly get out of sync if we’re all watching different versions.
I think I’d go with Final Cut simply because I’ve seen the cinematic cut already.
My thinking as well.
OK, does anyone want to see a version other than the Final Cut?
I am sorry to miss this frak party. I love this film. I like all the versions for different reasons. Have fun all.
is anyone in for this, or am I the only GWCer not seeing Trek tonight?
You are not alone. I have taken time away from work to watch this. I have return to my respite of GWC.
No, to the 2nd question.
I thot Will Farrell was hysterical in Blade Runner…Oh, I think I’m mixin’ somethin up.
I can’t find my DVD of it. Sigh. I may drop in here and there though.
(because, why yes, I already saw trek hehehe)
I love 80s scifi model work.
hey, look at that–two of the timesharers of my brain badger just tweeted he’s running late
go ahead and rub it in, cas!
I have to make up for the fact that I can’t find my Blade Runner DVD.
This interrogation was way different with Kara Thrace involved. Where’s the bucket of water?
I’m ashamed to admit, I’ve never seen this movie in its entirety
oh, craaaaap! you’ve started? hang on a sec
What always fascinated me about this scene is that the human looks more synthetic than the replicant.
