Good ol’ RDM, breaking with conformity. What would we do without him?
No, seriously, what are we supposed to do? We still have a month-and-a-half…

I have that dream too, in many carnations - the most terrifying being, I’ve been enrolled in college but have missed half the semester and I’m trying desperately to catch up. Throughout the dream, I slowly start to realize that I have already got my MA, I don’t need another degree, and I don’t WANT to be there, and am free to leave whenever I want. This moment of total awareness is one of pure relief and nearly orgasmic, though I usually wake up in a cold sweat, and have to tell myself over and over, I’m not in school, I’m not behind, everything is okay…And, the funny thing is, I really liked college and especially grad school, but it was very stressful. I got my last degree in 1996, and I still have that or a version of that dream at least once a month!
Wow. Wesley’s back in Starfleet…
I am rewatching Voyager and Enterprise and I am happy…
Enterprise could have become the best, but they sunk it…
And boy did they sink it!
Really? 54% deep space nine? Reeeally?
I picked voyager cause it’s my favourite, but I’ll acknowledge that next generation has every right to be called the best as well.
But deep space nine? that’s a surprise. there must be more DSN fans out there than I thought, cause all the trekkies I know would rank it last.
Then you must know the wrong Trekkies, DS9 is certainly the best Trek show IMO because of its character development and story arcs.
I have a grudge against DS9. Every time I see or hear anything about the actor Jeremy Sisto, I hear a voice in my head saying “He is the Sisto.”
Throwing another vote in for DS9. Although I never actually saw the end of the series. Does that discount me?
Not at all. But you have to see the ending. You are missing out big time. You’ve missed the end of the Dominion War and the Prophets War. Some of Star Trek’s finest moments, both character and storywise.
Let it go. He is the Sisto!! He was the messiah for Baltar’s sake!!
Well, not the prophets war…
They kicked the Pah-wraiths out of the Celestial Temple. Did I miss sumthin?
Ugh. Don’t remind me.

I want to do a proper rewatch of the whole series, but I don’t have the money yet to afford any of the seasons. And I can’t find most of them by other means But I know I am missing out on some awesome stuff.
edited because I obviously don’t know how to quote replies yet
OK, TOS is currently trailing VOYAGER?!?!
Damn, I’m old…
me too, Pike. apparently the cheese is too much to take if you didn’t actually grow up on it
Yeah, I had that revelation a few years ago. TOS equals Flash Gordon.
Yeah, laugh younglings. BSG will be looked upon with jaded eyes when you all are Jedi Knights.
That was my first thought, too.
The Boxy Generation (I am not a part of which) are taking over the forum. They’re like Zombies only, like, backwards. I think?
I’ve been thinking for a while about doing a rewatch podcast of DS9, if anyone else wants to do this sent me a PM and we’ll see what we can get started.
don’t feel sad, it’s probably because most people who enjoyed TOS voted for TNG. (wow, i can still remember when TNG first came out, the TOS fans hated it, and they had a big TOS v.s. TNG deal, much like the TOS v.s. Reimagined deal with Battlestar).
But after all, TNG refined a lot of stuff because they had the long running, so overall, TNG is a better show.
