Is anyone else as excited about this as I am? I’ve always been a huge Greg Rucka fan, so I was confused that so many people were surprised about the quality of the Batwoman run in Detective Comics, 'cause as soon as I heard it was going to happen, I knew it would be fantastic.

Also, how about that J.H. Williams III? Guy redefines comic book art. It kind of makes me feel spoiled.

So there are three more issues with Rucka’s Batwoman in 'TEC, 861-863, with Jock as artist. After that, at some point in 2010 Rucka and Williams will finish the main story they set out to in a Batwoman ongoing, which will be issue #1 and a five issue arc after that. I hope he gets a decent follow up artist.

should be a good read if they can keep up the quality. Really good run so far

Hell, if they can only manage half of the quality they’ve shown so far, it will be better than a lot of the other titles DC is putting out.

Oh awesome, Williams’ll never keep to a monthly sched, but so long as they get a good second artist on for the 8 issues a year without him on art, it’ll go well!
