I’ve played this game several times. It’s soo good. 
i got it a few months back actually, and have never gotten the opportunity to play it. however i’m expecting a few people to come over for the finale… do others think its worthwhile?? it looked cool, but complicated, and like it might be very stupid. but also like it could be great fun.
It feels like you’re in Season 1, literally right while “33” is happening.
Like the show, you only have 3 nukes, you have a limited amount of resources and a small population. If the humans lose the population count, or the resources, they lose. The colonials need to survive long enough to make an FTL jump because they’re always chased by the cylons… And there’s always the threat that you’ll be boarded by a cylon raiding party 
Try to absorb the rules as much as you can before playing. And I hope you’re playing with fellow BSG fans!

I called a local game store and they have this game for 49.95.

hey hey no complaints about fighter games. only complaint is… its not out yet… after like a gajillion years.
My friends and I play the Battlestar game all the time. It’s a blast. Probably one of my favorite games (along with Settlers, Twilight Imperium, Bohnanza, Bang! and Ticket to Ride).
Are the rules really complicated?
I’ve downloaded the rules and they don’t seem to complicated.
But coming from me that’s not saying much. Complicated game rules is where I live and breath.
