Side note: Today was the second day that a ‘Customer’ was very insulting to me and my fellow employees at the Nerd Herd. Like abusively insulting. I did miss the day that they had to call the cops on a customer.

Yeah. If only. Do they have transporters, these high-tech open all night large metropolitan whutevers? No. They don’t. 
Sorry to hear that, ATG. My father-in-law was in the retail business for over 25 years. He has some stories. I do not envy you.
