If you questioned John or his actions, this episode makes it so clear that Clarke and his people are Evil.
Not knowing is worse. Killing him in front of him will only make him more angry and unwilling.
You are technically correct. The best kind of correct. But if they don’t want to play by the rules then there isn’t much Sheridan can do. It’s not like his lawyer can file an appeal to the torcher.
