“Michael, you look like the proverbial cat that ate the equally proverbial canary.”
Starting now…
ISN, the Faux News of the Future.
Ah, Bester. Every time he’s onscreen, I just say to myself “Bester!”, in the tone of Jerry Seinfeld saying “Newman!”
Some things never change…
I like Bester too. This show did create some great characters.
“I thot your patience was infinite.”
“Since space and time are curved, the infinite sooner or later bends back upon itself and ends up where it began, and so have I.”
I really like Bester as an enemy.
Two great sci-fi Russians, together in one room.
I love his rationale for how the Shadows are a common enemy.
I love all of the different ships that are flying around B5.
“So how did you find this out?”
“I’m a telepath. Work it out.”
Especially the Drazi flying saucers. Such a classic design.
What is it with Star Trek characters wanting to sit in the wrong chair?
It’s good to be the captain.
Actually, the Drazi ships are the airplane ones with the Firefly butt. I have a B5 Tech manual that lists the race with the flying saucer ships, but I’m too lazy to look for it right now.
This scene between G’Kar and Delenn is so heartbreaking. They’re both such great actors, and so little appreciated outside of Babylon 5.
You do get a comfy chair…
The scream of the Shadow vessels dying is horrifying.
“Weapons supplies. That’s what I was told.”
Scary frozen faces.
