Hive mind or telepathy?
[spoiler]Actually Ivanova was supposed to be the mole, but the actress playing Talia Winters had issues with the other actors and decided to leave, so they switched to Talia being the mole. You can see that they were building her up to be the powerful telepath ally that Lita became.[/spoiler]
