I’m not sure about that, it seems like in that organization that kind of trust flows in only one direction.

I’m not sure that counts. The one in Watchmen was a dead, fake squid. It didn’t suck anything.
I’m sure that they can keep secrets if they really want to, (Bester does that in season 3) but Bester is in the in group of secret keepers of Psi Corp so he’ll probably tell his superiors, and they will keep it quiet for the same reasons that Bester hides it from outsiders. No need to tell the normals what really happened…

It was a patsy, it didn’t kill anybody. In fact, it sucked to be the squid. In addition to being fake and dead, it was being framed for a crime it didn’t commit.
