I know, I think I’m stretching it on that one.
It’s probably a Plus internally, that’s an 800k drive. It wasn’t available in the Mac 128 or Mac 512, the ROM couldn’t support it.
Plus ROMs could be installed in a 512, making it a 512e, but that’s fairly uncommon. A new motherboard could go into a 128 making it a Plus, that’s a possibility too. Also an internal 800k drive, I did that to mine.
But it’s definitely not a stock 128, not with that drive.
