Minecraft 1.4 just launched, adding the eagerly anticipated tameable wolves and more to the popular indie game. Well, it turns out that’s just the tip of the iceberg for the franchise. Yes, we said franchise. As Minecraft fans, we went straight to Mojang for all the details. Keep reading after the jump to check out some exclusive screenshots and learn more about the upcoming Minecraft MMO, which will actually allow you to complete quests in the massive Ruby City and the lands beyond …

Shyriiwook Localization
http://www.swtor.com/news/news-article/20110401

Since the initial announcement of the localized versions of Star Wars™: The Old Republic™, we’ve heard the growls and roars from the community requesting the game be translated for Wookiees, and we are pleased to announce that this dream is now becoming a reality.

Three videos at link. (:

I don’t think I even looked here Friday.
Is there a list of what the titles were?

I also missed it due to being stupid.

Solai should be posting a list at some point.

Missing a couple there. Tiberius and Groundskeeper that I can recall.

The Crue and cool ones too if I recall.

Ah, the mods too. Hrm. This is directionally correct…

Audra: Culture Vulture
Cassilda: Sassy
Chuck: Uber Nerd
Frakkintalos: Tiberius
Gryper: Ban Hammer
Juan: (insert Nickname here)
Pike: Groundskeeper
Sean: Pimp Daddy
Solai: Dork (NIYKWIM)

Let me know if a tweak is needed.

Actually mine was “Is on to you”.

I missed this one…

Then again, I don’t read entertainment news regularly.

Had a literal drpepperspew on Friday night when I read that.

I miss Tiberius.

It’s nice to be remembered. :rolleyes:

Dude. Sincerely sorry. If it makes it up I didn’t get Juan right all day. I did this mod recap in a rush and in my defense I have a history of leaving one family member out on every mass email I send.

Badgerspoon’s title was: TOO FREAKING AWESOME FOR WORDS
or loco in the cabesa, which apparently I screwed up as well…

Then I can commiserate with your neglected aunt. :stuck_out_tongue:

Badgerspoon’s title was: TOO FREAKING AWESOME FOR WORDS

:smiley:

or loco in the cabesa, which apparently I screwed up as well…

Still not right. :rolleyes:

There’s a Z in it. :slight_smile:

I believe you, I’m just not going to get it right. Going to have to roll with it brah

Very simple:

cabeza = head
cabasa = Latin jazz percussion instrument
casaba = melon
calabaza = pumpkin
cabesa = doesn’t mean anything (AFAIK) :rolleyes:

I would have sworn it means something in Huttese.

I think I will take a decidedly FOX news approach to responding to you.
Oh, look at you. Mr. Educated. Member of the Intelligencia. You and your so-called “proper use of grammar” and holier than thou attitude as you piss all over us common folk who maybe didn’t go to Harvard and get grass-fed angus burgers from the help. Grammar is yet another liberal-elite plot to disenfranchise those who do a hard-day’s work for a hard-day’s pay as you sit on your ivory tower laughing manically and lining your wallet with my hard earned cash.

You keep your fascist tools to yourself. They are un-American and they are a threat to family values. I will not stand it anymore. I am going to fight for what is right. And what is right is this: a cabeza is a cabasa is a casaba is a calabaza is a cabesa!

SO SAY WE ALL! SO SAY WE ALL!

:oops:

Speaking of Fox, this one is hilarious…

The Internet: making sure your on-air humiliations are never forgotten

Man, there is nothing worse than getting punked on live television as part of a dumb April Fools’ prank pulled by your smirking, helmet-haired Fox News co-host. Oh wait, yes there is: Thinking that only a couple thousand people would actually watch this scene play out in real time (since you host a local San Diego morning show on an affiliate of Fox), and then finding out that millions more are watching it after the fact because of, you know, the Internet and stuff.
