I believe that place is over near Navy Pier. I haven’t been there, but I’ve been to the theater twice.

There’s one by the Uni of Chicago and Museum of Science & Industry too. We just need to make sure we’re talking about the same one that AirlockB has in mind so we all go to the same place. :slight_smile: I’m fine with either location.

It is the one by Navy Pier. It also has a AMC theater right in the same building.

Gryper: Ohio goes east and is the street you come in from the Edens Expressway (90/94).

To get back on, you get on Ontario going west. You stay in the 2 left lanes and you drive right back to the expressway.

Great! Thanks for cleaing that up for us (well me!). I’m going to suggest Feb 16th or 17th. There are 2 movies out that weekend Jumper and The Spiderwick Chronicals.

Jumper looks extemely stupid mand it has Hayden Christenson in it.(nuff said) and the Spiderwick Chronicles is a Nickalodian produced movie.(nuff said)

Late March or February is fine for me…but I might have an issues with the first weekend in February, I am doing a favor for a relative that weekend and of course that Sunday is the super bowl.

March is out for me. :frowning: Will be having some surgery near the beginning of the month.

Also we have 2 threads going for our meetup. Chas-in-a-box has posted a summary of responses in the other (Chicago Meetups), maybe we should post suggestions there now:

Naw not that serious, thank you. I have arthritis in my right hip and need have replacement surgery. The surgery will get scheduled when I visit the doc next week and prolly be in the first week of March.
