“Okay, so he survived an unspeakable hell dimension. Who hasn’t?”
Bump for frak…
Starting now…
“OK, so he survived an unspeakable hell dimension. Who hasn’t? You can’t just let him loose on the streets of Los Angeles!”
So Badger, while the episode is getting to the good bits, two things…
A) we should do a Firefly rewatch about a third of the way through seasons 7/4 to match how they aired originally and we can catch Nathan and Gina when they make their cameos.
B) We should make a NYC meetup for May for the Thor movie.
No fair quoting the lead post in the thread!
Cordillia just said “Shiny” like it was used in Firefly!
“well arn’t you sneeky with the subtext.”
Lorne is really people smart, but that is his power…
That could get confusing. And they weren’t really cameos, per se.
That said, I bet we might get a sudden increase in Whedonsday attendance.
B) We should make a NYC meetup for May for the Thor movie.
Excellent idea.
It’s a great quote.
“It could be kinda dangerous. There’s a lot of violence and killing. You wanna come?”
True, multi episode arcs arn’t cameos…
Still, not fair…
“I thought the ‘come alone’ was a particularly ironic touch. I mean, how else would you come?” :o
That was a nice little father-son moment there. Shame about everything that came afterward.
I really like the Lilla-Wesley relationship.
For an old man that really doesn’t know LA, the old guy can get around.
“Looks like we’ve been following Angel’s son’s emissions the whole time.”
Shame we didn’t get more glowy Cordy powers. I would have liked to see more of that and less of… what we got.
Cordilia has the power to “Bring on the mellow.”
Cordilia is as good as Lorne at reading people. Or at least Angel.
You’d think that Fred would have learned about vampiric hearing before Connor was born.
