I would like to apologize to everyone on the forum, I have been quite a schmuck for some time now. I have already apologized to family and friends and I believe you deserve one too.
My frustration and anger with being unemployed for this long has turned me into someone I really don’t like, and I doubt any of you do either. I am sorry; it is not fair for me to lash out at those close to me, and in fact it is kind of cowardly I am very ashamed at my behavior.

Omra, although I do not feel that you owe an apology, I accept. It’s tough to acknowledge to others when you feel like you’ve been a jerk and I admire that, although you could just have made an effort to be your more cheerful self, you posted this.
Also, I was unemployed for several months in 2009 and I know how much it sucks. It put a lot of strain on my friendships and romantic relationship. I am also not the only GWCer who’s been there lately. I hope things get better for you and you find a new job soon. In the meantime, it’s ok to do a little extra posting in the b*tch and moan thread…

I’m honestly not aware of what you’re refering to, but the fact that you aware enough to apologize for whatever it is shows you’ve got honor dude.

Thank you, this place has been a refuge for me and I just feared I was poisoning it. And wanted to try and come clean about it and get my head on straight before I did any real damage.

I am with you Omra. I have been without a F/T job since Aug so I have also had those not so good feeling moments. So, no apologies needed.

I don’t know you well but i’ve yet to see any post from you which implied or outright stated jerkness in any way shape or form, being unemployed sucks and can cuase us to lash out at those closest, can I re-iterate what others have said and say you’d have to seriously, seriously try to tick (well me anyway) off.
If you did say something i thought was over the line i’d forgive and let you know, but you’ve yet to do so, hope things imrpove for you soon mate but it’s all good.
