Wait, can’t we see the presenters a little longer? 
Did anyone expect anything other then Avatar to win for special effects???
I mean Star Trek had some cool FX, but Avatar deserved this one for sure.
Not if we’re going to get to bed at a reasonable time on the east coast! 
He was fantastic. We also really liked Jeanine. I always look forward to a new season…

I do feel like there’s an absence of energy in this year’s show.
All of these documentaries look interesting. I can’t believe I haven’t seen any of them yet. 
You know this is the first of the awards shows that I am getting tired of watching - I am ready for it to be over, but it could also have something to do with the fact that is 11 pm here on the east coast and we haven’t even presented all of the best picture noms yet…

I think by downplaying the host role, there’s no leader and it’s just moving along. There’s nothing unscripted going on.
Wow. Didn’t see that coming. Figured Avatar would sweep every category.
Hurt Locker isnt doing too bad at all…is this three awards?
Think Cameron is nervous now? I want District 9 or The Hurt Locker to win.
I will never get over the fact that the guy from National Lampoon’s Senior Trip is nominated for an Oscar.
And I think because they didn’t start until late, and there is no real end in site.
I mean we still have:
Best Actor
Best Actress
Best Director
Best Movie
I don’t think I am going to make it to the end.
All the others (many of which I watched with GWCers) were over by 11:30
