We drool over the Galaxy Note 2, run through a few random tech articles, discuss the latest Java update, and discuss various uses for our disturbingly large stacks of old iPhones.
Thanks for the idea guys! I don’t at this point have any unused iPhones, although that will change soon since we currently have 5 active in the house (2 iPhone 4 32GB, 1 iPhone 4S 32 GB and 2 iPhone 4S 64 GB). I do, however, have an old Android. I’m attempting to resurrect my old 1st gen Motorola Droid for Runkeeper applications. We’ll see how it goes. and I’ll let you know.
I’ve been using my iPhone and a NikePlus app. I’ve used NikePlus for years and have over 2,000 miles documented at this point. However, I’m interested in feeding the same data into other apps as well. And not just the highlights - the pure raw data. I don’t have a clue how well two fitness tracking apps would fair if run simultaneously on my iPhone so my plan is to run NikePlus on the iPhone and Runkeeper with GPS-only enabled on the Droid. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
