Yes—that was about seven years before my time. I do remember the first game I ever played was E.T on the Atari. It was craaaaap-tacular. Seriously, beating your head against a wall would be more rewarding. But then one Christmas my grandmother—the same one who sent me Starship Troopers to read in Afghanistan—bought me a Nintendo. The original Mario, Duck Hunt, Dragon Warrior, and Final fantasy helped recover the brain cells I lost playing E.T. video games surely have come a long way.
I broke out an old Atari last year and had a blast. Funny thing is my friend’s kid (9 yrs, I think) loved it too. Flash or no, good games are good games.
That puts me right at 20 days old! Woot!
