#231: Futurama, Stargate Time Travel, FSL 2.0 Wrap Up

I just Juant it to end…

I’ve always Juandered how these memes get started…now I know.

Speaking of staplers…

I brought a mini-stapler to the screenwriting conference I attended back in June. I took a class with my favorite writing instructor, and made brownie points when we got our handouts and I took out my own stapler.

Nerd preparation FTW.

You’re right, we’d better pull back a bit, just think of the Juanton distruction you could cause on the board if we managed to push you over the edge…

No way! I Jaun to see Pike go full tilt berserker mode.

You wouldn’t like me Juan I’m angry.

Guys! Guys! Hey! Come on. It was funny at first, but now it just seems like Juan pun after another.

It takes Juan to know Juan.

Window of Oportunity is my favorite SG1 episode of all time! I love the slow decent into insanity that O’neil and Tel’c take as they realize how screwed they are. The music sort of plays along with that too, how it sort of goes from sort of ammusing to more and more ridiculous.

Just relax and have a nice bowl of Juan-ton soup…

Bwahahahaha! Juanalicious!

I think I got some dead horse on my shoes…

Really? Hm. Juander how that happened…

I just Juant it to stop now…

and tasty-looking, too!

“He started last year / And the show sounds great / Da-doo Juan Juan Juan / Da-doo Juan Juan.”

“Once I didn’t know him / Now it seems like fate / Da-doo Juan Juan Juan / Da-doo Juan Juan.”

We play this game all the time in improv. To add to the song, listen here first:

Next player has to rhyme three times!!

Juan is the greatest tech you will ever know.
Drew is is the man to get you on the show…

You guys didn’t comment on one of the great moments in SG-1 history: When Jack says he remembers what Carter is saying and therefore traveled in time. Daniel points out that Jack might have read her report, and everyone decides time-travel is more likely.
