An AI that attempts to guess what being/item/place from Star Trek that you’re thinking of.
Supposedly it learns from its mistakes, so I just made it a little smarter.

I was thinking of Cloud William from the TOS episode The Omega Glory, and it failed to guess it.
It’s guesses were Kor, Koloth, the Hirogen, the Jem’Hadar, the Hunters, the Kazon, Mogh, Liquidator Brunt, Tosk, Commander Kruge, Colonel Worf, Stonn.
I stumped it with the Laser Cannon from the Menagarie. It might skew toward newer Trek right now.
I stumped it with Leonard James Akaar. That’s stumps most, though. I was originally gonna go with the Gorn. Too easy, no?
Anyway, it guessed Miri, Kirayoshi O’Brien, Vina, Droxine, Mr. Atoz, Elizabeth Tucker.
I also stumped it with Gem from “The Empath”
Look at all us “seasoned” (old) farts. We’re all trying to stump it with ST:TOS stuff.
Interesting how it asks for your age in the beginning. Maybe if it knows you’re in your 20s, for example. it concentrates only on the later stuff.
I just did it thinking of Data, and it correctly guessed it. So yeah, maybe it’s better with TNG onward. Although I suppose any of the main characters would be easy: Spock, Sulu, Riker, Odo etc.
I haven’t tried it yet, but given what it has guessed it definitely seems to skew towards newer (Thot, for example, a ton of their wrong guesses were from DS9). So, having only seen DS9 in its entirety and a large chunk of TNG, I suggest you all keep teaching it about the  old stuff
I tried it and lost with the goo-monster that killed Tasha but won with Deanna Troi’s drowned sister Kestra. I noticed, however, that since GWC stumbled across it, the program has been educated about Gorn.
Stumped it with Junior the baby space whale…
that was actually a lot of fun. Though I found out I have a different take on some of the characters than most.
It took it three tries to get Tora Ziyal, so I guess that means I beat it? I dunno. Though maybe I was being nitpicky, technically Ziyal was never a member of a crew so she can’t have had a romance with a crewmate (and evidently other people said that)… but it’s definitely fun.
I stumped it with the Tox Uthat and V’Ger. It guessed Tin Man and the Doomsday Machine correctly though…
Yes. Much too easy. IYKWIM.
I think it’s just for demographic data. The top level of the site has been around for a while, with broader, more general topics. I didn’t realize they had specialized to this level, though.
Probably only because the young’uns are the only ones to spend time on it so far.
It guessed Armus for me at #17. I answered a lot of the questions as “Maybe”.
Ha! I beat it with the macrovirus from Voyager! This is fun!
And I thot I wouldn’t have anything to do tonight.
Some people need to check their facts before playing this game. The poor program couldn’t guess Commander Sela because someone told it “No” to the question: “Is it related to the Romulans?”
Ah, the power of the collective intelligence of the Internet…
(No, I did not stay up all night playing this game. I just played it first thing this morning.)
It got Armus for me by like question 14. I was extremely pleased to beat it just once, with Kestra Troi.
I stumped it first try. Picked Rolidia from DS9. Someone did have “Ralidia” in there (misspelled) but it never guessed it anyway.
hey, Particle Man! when you’re underwater, do you get wet?
Welcome to the forum, btw!
I beat it with Gravity Boots.
