Casablanca on blue is beautiful! Except for one shot. In the movie where Rick And Elsa are talking over lunch, they are perfectly in focus with the background out of focus, but for some reason the transfer warped the background into looking like they were in front of a large pain of frosted glass. Very strange. Asides from that the rest was very well done.
Speaking of AT&T Uverse, I’m not sure if the channels are consistent all over the country, but there’s a channel called Showcase (ch. 800 where we are). It’s meant to show off HD capability with pretty pictures, and it runs a rotating series of half-hour nature landscapes set to soothing music.
Right now, there’s like 5: Waterfalls, Scenes of Fall, The Great West, Africa, Beaches. I find them marvelously relaxing and mesmerizing.
