100 Bullets

Ok - I’m reading these too. Gods - now that I started these threads I realize that I’m reading WAAAAAYY to many comics. That’s on top of my normal reading…

Anyway, 100 Bullets. Disturbing to say the least. They’re good but they’re also addicting in a “I can’t look away from the train wreck” sort of way. For those of you that aren’t familiar, there’s a man who gives people an un-marked gun, 100 bullets, and information on who wronged them in the past. They can chose to either use the information in the briefcase or not, without fear of being jailed or anything if you use the items. Occasionally the stories intersect - those are the real interesting ones! They do have a lot of violence and bad language, so they’re not really for young adults…

i’m a definite fan of these books. the whole story of the Minutemen, and who is really providing the untraceable guns, and why they choose the people they do… it’s so deep in a down-the-rabbit-hole kind of way. it almost reminds me of the version of Running Scared starring Paul Walker that came out a few years ago.

there was also supposed to be a video game and i think that you forgot the nudity.

You’re a mother, aren’t you? Don’t you know that that’s best kind of advertisement for “young adults”?

“You can’t read this, it’s got violence and bad language…”

I’m sold!!!

I don’t think my dogs care about comic books. Let me check when I get home. And geez - did my mom call you and tell you to say that?
